🌿 The Experience
Each day begins with a grounding morning practice rooted in traditional yoga, including asana, pranayama, and meditation. These sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, build strength and stability, and create space for clarity and inner connection.
After a nourishing brunch, the days open up into time for exploration and rest — whether that’s hiking through olive groves, swimming in the Ionian Sea, or simply enjoying the quiet beauty of the surroundings.
Afternoons and evenings include workshops, yin yoga, and reflective practices, offering a balance between movement and stillness. Shared meals, time in nature, and moments under the stars create a sense of community and belonging throughout the retreat.

Our retreat takes place in Qeparo, a small and peaceful village along the Albanian Riviera. Surrounded by mountains, olive trees, and crystal-clear waters, it offers a raw and authentic connection to nature.
