Animal Flow is unlike anything you've tried before. Weaving together the power of martial arts, the grace of yoga, and the intelligence of functional movement, it awakens your body's full capacity through cross-lateral patterns, spiraling sequences, and primal quadrupedal movement. As you drop into each class, your body and brain forge new neural pathways together — building not just strength and mobility, but a sense of liberated, expressive aliveness.

Each session builds beautifully on the last, yet every class stands fully on its own — so whether you commit to all four weeks or drop in for a single evening, you are warmly welcome. All levels, all bodies, all welcome.

Alok is a movement and retreat leader whose work spans Animal Flow, Budokon, Yoga, AcroYoga, breathwork, Thai massage, and nature connection. He believes movement is medicine, and when practiced with true intention it can be profoundly liberating.
