🌲 Step beneath the redwoods for an immersive sound experience!

🪷We’ll start with guided deep breathing and gentle vocal toning, inviting everyone to experience the resonance of their own voice in the beautiful acoustics of the redwood amphitheater.

🔔From there, settle in for a relaxing sound bath, featuring crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and other resonant instruments. Surrounded by the trees and the natural sounds of the forest, you’ll have an opportunity to slow down, listen, and experience the many textures and vibrations of sound.

No singing experience is needed, and there’s no "right" way to participate. Come curious, get comfortable, and explore what happens when breath, voice, sound, and nature come together.

 ✨The experience includes:

• Guided deep breathing exercise

• Gentle vocal toning

• A deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks and others

• A beautiful outdoor redwood setting

WHAT TO BRING:

*Dress comfortably - layers suggested, as the microclimate of the redwoods varies

*Yoga mat, sleeping mat and/or blanket (a zero gravity chair also works!)

*Pillow

*Water Bottle

*Your Good Energy

Optional:

An extra blanket or bolster for under your knees

Socks (removing shoes is recommended)

Eye Mask - blocking out light

Anything that helps you to feel comfortable
