The Courage to Be Me Retreat is three days on the
shores of Lake Tahoe with a small, curated group of women (under 10)
doing exactly this work, together. No strangers. No masks. Just real
women doing real work.

We'll work through:

• The fear of judgment, rejection, and truly being seen
• Breaking free from people-pleasing and the need for approval
• The voice that says you're not enough, and how to quiet it
• Rewriting the beliefs that have kept you small
• Your worth, not as something you earn, but something you already have
• Boundaries, what they really are and how to hold them
• Your voice, rediscovering it and using it unapologetically

This isn't surface-level work. It's the kind that changes how you see yourself and how you show up in your whole life.

transformation coach for women who built this retreat because she knows
what it costs to hide, to people-please, to have a dream you're too
scared to claim. And she knows what becomes possible when you finally
stop shrinking.
